The internationally recognized Herkimer College men’s lacrosse program is one of the most respected junior college programs in the United States. The Generals have won nine National Championships, 22 Region III Championships, 33  conference championships and have produced over 100 All-American players.

Herkimer College lacrosse has a proven track record of helping players move on to some of the top four year programs in the country. Former Generals have continued their careers at programs such as Albany, Cornell, Delaware, Denver, Georgetown, Hofstra, Johns Hopkins, Loyola, Ohio State, Penn State, Rutgers, Salisbury, St. John’s, Sacred Heart, Syracuse, Towson, Virginia and many more.

Players come to Herkimer to compete for championships, develop their game and put themselves in position to play at the next level. Herkimer has helped hundreds of student-athletes continue their careers at NCAA Division I, Division II and Division III programs across the country.

Herkimer lacrosse players set their sights on a National Championship at the beginning of every school year. With nine National Championships in program history, that standard is built into everything we do. Training for that goal starts on day one, not only on the field, but also in the classroom, weight room and throughout campus.

The Generals play one of the toughest spring schedules in the NJCAA and have had decades of success in the national spotlight. While we are proud of our competitive success, the program is about more than wins. It is about developing players who are tough, disciplined, committed and ready for what comes next.
